Job Title:
Flooring and Decorative Concrete Specialist
Qualifications/Experience/Gender:
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in concrete works, waterproofing, and flooring systems.
Proficient in epoxy and polyurethane flooring systems.
Experienced in waterproofing new and existing structures.
Skilled in casting perfectly leveled concrete slabs and screeds.
Language Skills: Must be able to speak and write in English.
Construction Skills: Able to understand construction maps.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer applications (e.g., Excel).
Gender: Male
Age: 30-40 years
Salary:
Range: 400-800 USD per month, based on the candidate's skills and experience.
Terms & Conditions:
Accommodation: Provided by the company.
Transportation: Provided for local movements (e.g., motorbike).
Air Ticket: The company will provide an end-of-year return air ticket to the employee's home country. If the employee chooses not to return to Pakistan, they can claim the equivalent amount or one month's extra salary, whichever is higher.
